The first part of the product packaging is done in a clean room. We are equipped with two types of heat sealing machines to offer you the choice of the most suitable type of packaging for your products. 

 

The first one allows us to pack your products in one or more vacuum bags. The second one allows us to pack your products in blister packs. 

 

Once the product is vacuum packed in the packaging defined by the client, our shipping department will pack the product according to your specifications in boxes and/or bags, adding labels or instructions of use for example. This allows you to receive the products ready to be used or sold.

 

We also perform controlled atmosphere packaging operations to package your finished products under a controlled atmosphere.

 

Tests are periodically performed on the packages used in order to ensure that the blisters or pouches are properly and tightly sealed. This ensures the repeatability of the packaging of your parts.
