Systems engineering
Medicoat has been ISO 9001 certified since 1998. Our systems cover the main variants of thermal spray technology, including vacuum plasma spraying (VPS), atmospheric plasma spraying (APS), high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF), high-velocity air-fuel (HVAF), as well as wire and powder flame spraying.
Electrical engineering & mechanical engineering
We have a high level of vertical integration, manufacturing all the individual components for our coating systemsin-house. In addition to our electrical workshop, we operate a fully equipped mechanical production facility.
Service & Support
Our service teams in Switzerland and China support international customers with all aspects of thermal spray technology and trouble shooting.
Maintenance
To ensure trouble-free operation with high quality and reproducibility, we recommend that customers establish a maintenance contract with regular checks of all system functions.
Calibration
During each system maintenance, we calibrate and adjust all sensors and actuators of the coating systems using our certified test equipment. All inspections are documented and certified.
Retrofit
We modernize older systems to extend their service life. These upgrades can improve production volume and product quality while ensuring long-term compliance with current legal requirements, reliable access to spare parts, and integration into a modern IT environment.
