Systems Engineering
The Medicoat plant is certified according to ISO 9001. Our systems engineering group covers the most important variants of Thermal Spray technology as there are plasma spraying in vacuum (VPS) and on atmosphere (APS). Nevertheless other Themal Spray technologies like HVOF, HVAF as well as combustion flame with wire and powder materials are also integrated into our systems.
Electrical & Mechanical Manufacturing
We manufacture the individual components for our coating systems, also important special parts and the required spare parts.
Beside our electrical manufacturing area we also use a fully equipped mechnical machine shop
Service & Support
Our service team helps customers with all questions regarding thermal spray technology and supports them in solving problems.
Maintenance Service
In order to guarantee trouble-free operation of the system and to ensure the quality and reproducibility of the spray coatings, we recommend that our customers sign a maintenance contract with a semi-annual check of all functions of the process sequence. This includes the associated peripheral equipment.
Calibration
During each system maintenance, we calibrate and adjust all sensors and actuators of the coating systems with our certified testing equipment and issue the corresponding test certificates for the tests performed.
Retrofit / Actioning
We modernise existing plants to increase service life, production volume and product quality. To meet legal requirements, to ensure the supply of spare parts and to integrate old coating systems into state of the art IT environment (Industry 4.0).
